10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 2011, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
- SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR COMPUTER DAMAGE
- THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE APP DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2011 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2011 regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
