These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and W2Day Hockey Overview developed by PadelStar.es ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the W2Day Hockey Overview mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the App
  • Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security or performance of the App
  • Resell, redistribute or otherwise exploit the App for commercial purposes
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its data

4. Sports Data & Predictions

The App displays NHL scores, statistics and analytical predictions sourced from public APIs and data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness, timeliness or reliability of any data shown. Game predictions and projections are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for any wagering, financial or other decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, design, code and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. NHL, team names and logos referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on or link to third-party services (such as Google Play Services and push notification providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
